THERAPEUTIC STORYTELLING WORKSHOP<\/strong><\/p>\n

THE IMAGINED TALE<\/em>: therapeutic storytelling set in Nature.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The Imagined Tale<\/strong><\/em><\/a> is a method that stimulates creativity, imagination, and attention; it brings out memories through the emotions evoked by familiar scenarios, fostering a disposition to communication and collaborative relationships.<\/p>\n

It allows the creation – individually or in groups – of a story, using the scenarios proposed by the Experience Nature<\/span><\/em><\/span> films.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”8022″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Nature’s living pictures are the narrative stimulus, the stages of a journey, of a story to be created all together.<\/p>\n

The familiarity of the images often brings back the beautiful moments in life: evoking and sharing them is a reassuring experience that – together with the creation of the story – increases self-esteem and good mood and improves the perception of one’s own existence.<\/p>\n

The workshop was led by Cristina Fino, creator of the method and maker of the Experience Nature<\/em> films. She explained the technique for conducting this particular creative storytelling set in Nature and presented the results obtained with people with dementia and with kindergarten children.<\/p>\n

Co-speaker Cristina Falomi, dementia social educator, who spoke about her experience with Alamar videos, which started in 2015.
