Advanced Course
Explores the therapeutic application of the Alamar Life Method through:
- analysis of research projects and experiments;
- study of the effects of different natural environments;
- selection of content according to objectives;
- design of individual and group activities;
- creative and cognitive workshops;
- use of The Imagined Story.
The Imagined Story
An original tool of the Alamar Life Method.
Images of Nature become the setting for creating shared stories, evoking memories and stimulating imagination, language, relationships and emotions.
This activity has proved particularly engaging in pathways involving people living with dementia, but it can also be applied in educational settings and personal growth journeys.

CASE STUDY: AN EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMISED DESIGN
A project by architect Elena Manfredi for the creation of 14 new medical centres in Ireland.
Experience Nature videos were integrated into the main hall and individual waiting rooms, making the environments more comfortable, relaxing and harmonious while supporting well-being, quality of life and a more effective therapeutic process.
